This was my 1st time ordering anything like this and I was hesitant because I didn’t know the process and didn’t want to lose money for any reason. The sales dept held my hand through every step and the only hiccup was when it got to Seattle (the destination) and that was due to lack of trucks and drivers due to the pandemic. I used Binex out of Kent, WA to help me recieve my shipment and they were good as well. To clear customs, I needed an EIN # that my inexperienced broker had trouble with, but was correct the whole time. The forklift itself required almost no assembly and fired right up!! It was exactly as pictured and all the attachments I bought with it are heavy duty and a value as well. I would definitely buy other products from this supplier and recommend them as there is no bait and switch.
